Aristotle

Aristotle is a multi-unit residential community in Langley (Willoughby) consisting of townhomes and condominium units designed for family living in a growing suburban neighbourhood.

For Aristotle in Langley Township, we provided bulk earthworks, lot grading, and basement excavation for multiple buildings across the site. Scope included mass cut/fill balancing to reduce off-haul where possible, construction of temporary access roads, erosion control measures to protect nearby watercourses, and staged coordination with municipal inspectors for tie-ins to new local roads and utilities. We emphasized community communication and ensuring finished grades met landscaping and drainage requirements prior to handover.
