Melrose Tower

Melrose Tower is a new high-rise condominium development in Surrey City Centre — a mixed podium and tower scheme with a mid-rise podium, townhomes, and a multi-storey residential tower.

For Melrose Tower, we provided precision excavation and site logistics in a constrained urban environment. Work included excavation for underground parking levels, phased shoring to protect adjacent properties and utilities, temporary traffic/lane management for safe truck access, and material recycling programs to reduce disposal volumes. We implemented dust and noise mitigation plans and worked closely with the developer’s site team to sequence excavation to allow early structural trades to mobilize, reducing overall site schedule risk.
