Oak & Onyx

Oak & Onyx is a two-building, six-storey mid-rise residential development in Surrey’s Green Timbers neighbourhood offering woodframe construction over underground parking and central courtyard amenities.

We completed the site grading, two-level underground parking excavation, temporary cut slope protection, and engineered shoring for Oak & Onyx. The project includes a central courtyard and sensitive green spaces nearby, our scope included erosion and sediment control, topsoil management, and precise sub-grade compaction to suit parkade slab design loads. We also ran utility trenching and storm-sewer connections with a focus on minimal disturbance to adjacent streets and green corridors.
