Sequoia West Village

Sequoia is a contemporary 36-storey mixed-use residential tower in Surrey’s West Village, offering a range of 1–3 bedroom homes and significant amenity space set next to parkland.

We delivered heavy civil excavation and site preparation services for the Sequoia project, managing the critical early stage earthworks that enabled the high-rise structure. The scope of work included careful site stripping and topsoil salvage, mass excavation to sub-grade for the basement and podium levels. Our team managed the temporary shoring and soldier-pile systems. Throughout the project we worked closely with dewatering contractors where groundwater control was required.
