The Victor, a 75-unit concrete rental development in North Vancouver. Our team handled all earthworks, grading, and foundation preparation, ensuring a seamless start for this modern, amenity-rich building.
We proudly contributed to the site preparation and excavation work for Victor, a 75-unit concrete rental development located at 65 Chesterfield Ave, North Vancouver. With homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom units (428–1,128 sq ft), Victor was completed in 2023 by Cressey Development Group in partnership with First Capital REIT.
What We Delivered
• Full site excavation and earthworks, preparing the footprint for the concrete structure that defines Victor’s solid quality and sound insulation.
• Site grading, leveling, and foundation trenching to ensure structural integrity and proper drainage
• Coordination with concrete contractors and other trades to align excavation and foundation work with the broader build schedule, contributing to the project’s on-time completion in 2023.
